How we price it
No two events are alike, so we price them individually: by duration, location, number of photographers and requested delivery. Tell us occasion, date, location, duration and number of people in the configurator and you receive a concrete quote from us. For portrait stations at events the on-site prices apply: €1,499 net up to four hours, €2,499 net per day, on-site print service €99 net per hour.

How much does event photography cost?
That depends on duration, location and scope, so we create an individual quote. As a guide: one photographer on site costs €1,499 net up to four hours or €2,499 net per day, plus travel.
How quickly do we get the event images?
Usually within a few business days. If you need images for social media the next day, tell us in the briefing and we plan the retouching accordingly.
Can we use the images for press and social media?
Yes. Commercial usage rights are included. For the image rights of the people shown (employees, guests) we recommend a note in the invitation.
Is there also a photo booth for the party?
Yes, the PicturePeople photo booth can be rented from €299.99 and combined with event photography.
