Frequently asked questions
How much does an employee portrait cost?
€99 net per person without cut-out, €119 net with cut-out. Retouching and commercial usage rights are included. Each additional image of the same person costs €39 or €59 net.
Do we need a group appointment?
No. With the shooting code each employee visits the studio individually whenever it suits. The same code applies to new colleagues in onboarding.
Why do you recommend the cut-out for several locations?
Without cut-out, light and shadow differ slightly from studio to studio, and side by side on a team page it shows. With cut-out everyone sits on exactly the same background.
Which formats do you deliver?
JPEG with background, PNG without background (transparent) or TIF. Format, crop and additional crops are defined in the briefing; up to five additional crops or backgrounds cost €29 net per package.
Can employees select their images at home?
Yes, online selection is included at no extra charge. You define how many images are available for selection, for example three or ten.
